Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: Access to and use of the Service is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, which is the legal age of majority in Australia for the purposes of these Terms.
  • Location: The Service is made available to Users in Australia as a social casino only. It does not offer real money gambling or prizes and, on that basis, is intended to fall outside the prohibitions of the IGA.
  • Representation: By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
    • you are at least 18 years old;
    • you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; and
    • you are accessing the Service in compliance with all laws applicable to you.

Account Creation Process

  • Registration: To become a Player, you may be required to:
    • provide a valid email address and create a unique password; and/or
    • register or log in via a social network or platform (e.g. Facebook, Google, Apple) as made available by the Operator.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email by clicking a confirmation link sent to the email address you provided. Failure to complete verification may result in limited or denied access.
  • KYC and identity checks: Although the Service is a social casino with no cash payouts, the Operator may, at its discretion, request identity verification (KYC) documents to:
    • confirm that you are at least 18 years old;
    • prevent fraud, abuse or multiple-account misuse; and
    • comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.
    Such documents may include a copy of your government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide at registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update your details if they change.
  • Account security:
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
    • You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person, including minors, to access your Account.
    • You agree to notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • Single account policy: Unless expressly permitted by the Operator, you may hold only one active Account for the Service. Duplicate, fake or shared accounts may be suspended or closed and related Virtual Items or Bonuses may be forfeited.
  • Use for personal entertainment only: You agree to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not attempt to monetise your Account or any Virtual Items, nor use bots, scripts, automated tools or any other methods to gain an unfair advantage.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Nature of the Service

  • Social casino only: The Service provides simulated casino-style games using Virtual Items. No real money gambling is offered, and Virtual Items:
    • have no monetary or real-world value;
    • are not redeemable for cash, property, or any other value; and
    • may not be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the Service.
  • IGA compliance note (AU): Because the Service does not award real money or convertible prizes, it is intended to fall outside the scope of the prohibitions set out in the IGA for interactive gambling services made available to persons in Australia.

Placing Bets and Using Virtual Items

  • Minimum and maximum bets: Each game or feature may specify a minimum and maximum amount of Virtual Items that may be staked per spin or round. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be amended at any time.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and final when you confirm your selection and initiate the relevant game action (such as pressing "spin" or "play"). Once initiated, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • Game rules: Each game type may have specific rules, paytables, and winning combinations, which are made available within the game. By playing, you accept those rules and the outcomes generated by the game's randomisation mechanisms.
  • Result determination: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators or similar mechanisms designed to ensure fairness and unpredictability. The Operator's records of game play and outcomes are final and conclusive.

Modification and Cancellation of Bets

  • User-initiated changes: Before confirming a Bet, you may modify the amount of Virtual Items staked or other available settings. After confirmation, Bets typically cannot be modified.
  • System or technical interruptions: In the event of a system failure, disconnection, or error that affects the completion of a game round:
    • the Operator may either restore the game to its last known valid state; or
    • cancel the affected game round and restore the Virtual Items staked in that round to your balance.
    The specific remedy is at the Operator's discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with its internal policies.

Rules of Conduct, Live Features and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: Where the Service offers chat, clan, club or other interactive features, you must:
    • refrain from using offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate language or content;
    • not harass, threaten or bully other Users or staff; and
    • comply with any community guidelines issued by the Operator.
  • Prohibition of fraud and unfair practices: You must not:
    • use any automated tools, bots, scripts, hacks or cheats;
    • exploit bugs, glitches or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage or additional Virtual Items;
    • engage in collusion, account sharing, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes; or
    • attempt to trade or sell Accounts or Virtual Items for real money or other value.
  • Enforcement: Breach of these rules may result in warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspension, forfeiture of Virtual Items, closure of your Account, or other remedial measures deemed appropriate by the Operator.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Eligibility

  • Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may provide Bonuses or Promotions, including:
    • welcome packages;
    • daily login rewards;
    • event-based or seasonal campaigns; and
    • loyalty or VIP-related benefits.
  • Activation requirements: Each Bonus or Promotion may be subject to specific:
    • eligibility criteria (e.g. new Player, geographic region, platform);
    • activation steps (e.g. entering a bonus code, clicking "claim"); and
    • time limits for claiming or using the Bonus.
    These will be communicated in the relevant promotional materials or in-game notices.

Wagering and Usage Requirements

  • Wagering obligations (where applicable): Some Bonuses may require you to stake a specified multiple of the Bonus amount or of any associated Virtual Items before any winnings derived from that Bonus can be fully unlocked for continued in-game use (for example, a 20x wagering requirement). Exact conditions will be specified per Promotion.
  • Timeframes: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements may be subject to expiry periods (for example, 7 or 30 days from allocation). If you do not meet the requirements within the stated period, the Bonus and any derived unused Virtual Items may be removed.
  • No cash-out: As the Service does not offer real money gambling, any Bonus and related Virtual Items or winnings are only usable within the Service and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or any monetary value.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Game exclusions: Certain games, features or modes may be excluded from specific Promotions, or may contribute at different rates towards any wagering or usage requirements. Such exclusions will be communicated in the relevant promotional rules.
  • Abuse of Promotions: You must not:
    • create multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once;
    • coordinate with others to exploit a Promotion;
    • engage in any pattern of play designed primarily to unlock Bonuses without genuine gameplay; or
    • misrepresent your identity or location to qualify for an offer.
    The Operator may withhold or cancel Bonuses and adjust Virtual Item balances if it reasonably suspects abuse or breach of these Terms.

Combining Promotions

  • Stacking rules: Unless expressly permitted, Promotions may not be combined or "stacked". If multiple Promotions are available, the Operator may require you to select one, or may apply a default order of priority.
  • Operator discretion: The Operator reserves the right, acting reasonably, to:
    • limit the number of Promotions active per Player at any time;
    • amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion; and
    • correct obvious errors in promotional materials.

Payments & Withdrawals

Purchases of Virtual Items

  • Payment methods: Where available and subject to platform rules, you may acquire additional Virtual Items through:
    • payment cards (credit or debit) processed by authorised payment processors;
    • e-wallets or other digital payment services; and/or
    • platform-specific in-app purchase systems (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play).
    References to cryptocurrency as a method of payment are for general information only; any acceptance of such methods will be clearly disclosed within the Service and are subject to additional terms and restrictions, and may not be available in Australia.
  • No monetary withdrawal: All payments relate solely to the acquisition of Virtual Items for entertainment. There are no withdrawals of money or monetary winnings. Virtual Items are non-refundable and have no cash value, except where mandatory consumer rights under Australian law require otherwise.
  • Authorisation: By initiating a purchase, you:
    • confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
    • authorise the Operator or its payment processors to charge the stated amount, including any applicable taxes or platform fees.

Pricing, Limits, Fees and Processing Times

  • Pricing: Prices for Virtual Items are displayed in the relevant purchase interface and may vary by platform, region and currency. The Operator may change pricing at any time, provided that such changes do not affect already-completed purchases.
  • Limits: The Operator or platform provider may impose:
    • maximum daily, weekly or monthly purchase amounts;
    • transaction caps per purchase; and
    • additional safeguards or cooling-off mechanisms to support responsible spending.
  • Processing times: Purchases of Virtual Items are usually credited to your Account immediately or within a short period. Delays may occur due to network or processing issues. If Virtual Items are not received within a reasonable time, you should contact support at [email protected] or via any in-game support channel.

Refunds and Chargebacks

  • General rule: Subject to Australian consumer laws that cannot be excluded, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable. By confirming a purchase, you acknowledge that:
    • delivery of the Virtual Items is immediate; and
    • you lose any statutory "change of mind" cancellation right to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Erroneous transactions: If you believe that a payment has been processed in error (e.g. duplicate charge, technical glitch), you must promptly contact customer support with relevant evidence. The Operator will investigate and may, at its discretion or where required by law, provide a refund or credit Virtual Items.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may lead to:
    • temporary suspension of your Account;
    • deduction of equivalent Virtual Items from your balance; and/or
    • permanent Account closure in serious cases.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to:
    • operate the Service in a fair, transparent and responsible manner;
    • ensure that game outcomes are generated by reliable randomisation mechanisms; and
    • maintain accurate records of game results and Account balances.
  • Service availability: While the Operator aims to keep the Service and the Review Site available and functioning correctly, access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security enhancements or unexpected technical issues.

    • be uninterrupted or error-free;
    • always function without delays, disruptions or security vulnerabilities; or
    • be compatible with all devices, operating systems or network conditions.
  • Technical failures and external factors: The Operator is not liable for:
    • any loss or damage resulting from failures of your hardware, software, internet connection, mobile network or app store platforms; or
    • any incompatibility between the Service and your device or configuration.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for any:
    • indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage;
    • loss of opportunity, goodwill, profits, data, or anticipated savings; or
    • costs of substitute services or products,
    arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or the Review Site.
  • Maximum liability: Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to:
    • the total amount you have paid for purchases of Virtual Items directly relevant to the claim during the 3-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
    • if no such payments exist, an amount equivalent to the value of the Virtual Items staked in the specific game round or feature directly affected by the error, malfunction or breach, provided that such amount will not exceed the value of the Bet or Wager placed by you in that round.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

    In such cases, your rights in relation to any previously-acquired Virtual Items are limited to those explicitly provided under these Terms and under non-excludable Australian consumer laws.
